How do I order online?

Once you've done your shopping, checking out is easy and fast! You can always view what you've purchased by clicking the shopping bag icon at the top of the page. Once you are ready to check out, click on the shopping back icon to place your order. If you have questions, please contact Customer Service.

What are my payment options?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Orders are billed as they are placed.

Can I place an order by phone, fax or mail?

In order to get the best service, we encourage you to place your order online. We understand, however, that this is not always an option.  In this case, you may either contact Customer Care or download an order form and send via email to orders@cherrylou.com or fax to 888-559-9693.

Can I change an order after it is placed?

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed online. Please contact Customer Care if you need to modify your order.

What if I have an out of stock item in my order?

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of the items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If this is the case, the website will show the expected ship date. At this time, we do not allow orders to be placed on out-of-stock items. You can  check back for "in stock" status and then place your order.

Can I purchase a gift certificate online?

Currently, we do not offer gift certificates online, but we are working diligently to give you this option soon. Stay tuned for details!

If an item  I purchased goes on , do I get a price adjustment?

We do not offer price adjustments.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking/confirmation number for your package. You can always contact Customer Care to check the status of an order. However, please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse before contacting Customer Care.

How is s tax calculated?
