Our Shipping Promise:
In order to deliver on our promise of
exceedingly personal service and ensure prompt delivery of your
order, we guarantee to process all in-stock items within 1 to 2 business days
and make every attempt to deliver your package within 3 to 5 business days
after it ships from our warehouse.
When can I expect my package?
All orders shipped
in the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once an order is
placed, all in-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business
days. During this “processing” time, our warehouse is busy picking, packing
and readying your order to be shipped via the United States Postal Service
Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation. Once
our carrier picks up your order, they make every attempt to deliver it
within 3 to 5 business days.

What do I need to understand about processing time and how it impacts
the delivery time of my order?

We guarantee to process all in-stock items within 1
to 2 business days
from your order date.

During new product launches, introductions and holiday seasons, we
guarantee to process your order within 3 business days of your order
date.

Orders placed before
12
p.m. EST usually ship within 1 business day.
If your order is placed after 12 p.m. EST, please allow for 1 additional
business day for processing (excluding bank holidays.)

All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next
business day, which is usually Monday.

Once your order has been shipped,
you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
What are my shipping options for my
Cherry Lou order?
US
Priority Mail shipping, with delivery confirmation, is the most
economical option for our customers. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5
business days after it ships from the warehouse.
Rural area delivery may take additional business days. Cherry Lou makes
every attempt to deliver your order within the specified time. However, we
are not responsible for any failure to deliver within that time.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Cherry Lou charges
a flat rate of $5.95 (includes delivery confirmation) on all orders shipped
within the United States.
Can I ship to Puerto Rico?
Unfortunately,
Cherry Lou only ships to locations within the United States.
What are the shipping restrictions?
There are no
shipping restrictions at this time.
